Itinerary
Pick up from the hotel/ airport, transfer to Masai Mara game reserve, traveling southward to the viewpoint of the Great Rift Valley, to view the escarpment and take photos, then proceed to the floor of the rift valley, enjoying Kenya's scenic topography. A brief stop at Narok, a small Masai town known for the most beautiful curios ever, arriving in time for lunch. After Lunch go for an evening game drive until 6:00 pm. After breakfast, proceed on a full day game viewing within the reserve. The landscape here is scenic savannah grassland on rolling hills. The reserve is the best game park in Kenya as it has an extensive road and track network, which allows for close-range viewing and photography. It is home to all animals that are native to East Africa, which include Lions, Elephants, buffalo, Leopards, giraffes, among others. Over 450 species have been recorded here. Our guide will take you through the park, tracking animals as he explains their role and adaptability in this complex ecosystem. At noon, break for picnic lunch at the hippo pool, after lunch, drive to the Mara River looking out for hippos and crocodiles. After breakfast, go for a Masai village tour to experience their authentic culture, and take photos with the Masai warrior. After the Masai village return to the camp, check out and start your journey back to Nairobi, lunch enroute, arriving in the evening. Drop off at either hotel or airport.
